The ECA may suspend or revoke membership (and remove directory/badge use) for non-payment, material breach of our Code of Conduct, provision of false or misleading information, failure to maintain required training/insurance, use of unlicensed/non-compliant chemicals, or conduct that risks safety, legality or the ECA’s reputation. We will normally give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond/rectify, except where immediate action is necessary for safety or legal reasons. Re-admission may be considered upon evidence of compliance. Use of the ECA badge and member benefits must cease immediately on cancellation or revocation.
